Cancellation Policy
We totally get that life happens and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your appointment! We always look forward to seeing you, but if you cancel last-minute or no-show, your deposit will be used to cover your service provider's loss of income. This is just to keep things running smoothly and to make sure everyone gets a chance to snag an appointment.
